Founded on March 12, 1998 and having a registered capital of RMB106,000, Shenzhen Yantian Port Real Estate Co., Ltd. is the only wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantian Port Group that specializes in real estate development and operation. Its main business scope covers: real estate development and operation, management of self-owned property, landscaping, procurement and sale of building materials, real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal, design and planning of corporate image and consultation of economic information.

        Since its inception, the company has been dedicated to the real estate development at Yantian Port. From 1998 to 2003, it managed to develop the first garden-style residential community in the area where it bases itself, Phase I and Phase II of Southern Pearl Garden.
