Wuxi Lianpeng New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was established by Shenzhen Liande Equipment (300545), a listed company, Wuxi Squares Robotics Investment, Ruicheng Investment and six other individual investors on September 28, 2020, total investments amount is up to 50 million RMB. Lianpeng New Energy is located in Xishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi, with a self built workshop area of more than 40000 square meters. 

With the help of Wuxi Squares Robotics's original photovoltaic module bussing machine technology and patents, as well as the marketing channels in the photovoltaic field, and with 22 years technical experiences of Liande Equipment in the high-end intelligent equipment of liquid crystal module, Wuxi Lianpeng New Energy will fully integrate all these advantageous resources, further develop photovoltaic equipment market and technology, strengthen the company's competitive advantages in new energy area, promote the rapid development of photovoltaic business and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the new company. Wuxi Lianpeng's core business is photovoltaic equipment, the main product in the early stage is bussing machine, and will further develop TOPCON, heterojunction and other equipment.
