Our goods are subject to change, error and prior sale. In case of an erroneous double listing we deliver according to the sequence of incoming orders.  

Shipping Costs

Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for bullion/investor gold coins. The purchase is legally binding. In case of joke purchases we reserve the right to enforce indemnity claims!

Nonpayment

In case of joke purchases (of bullion gold coins for example), nonpayment without explanation or response to any reminder e-mails an automatic ban for this shop is the consequence. Furthermore, a warning message is sent to MA-Shops which usually leads to a general ban for the portal as well as to a warning message conveyed to the connected and associated coin trading organizations. Please make sure to use the communication channels provided by MA-Shops in order to prevent consequences of that kind outlined above.
