项目位于江苏宜兴，山水相依，林湖密布，自古就有阳羡山水甲江南的美誉，千年文脉的底蕴，陶洞竹茶的特色，赋予了这座城市无限的诗情画意。本次金科氿璋落子东氿2.0，中心地标板块之上，空间设计中糅合江南旖旎风光、陶艺人文气息、自然艺术之感，旨在打造金科华东区域首个落地的创新型艺术社区。 DESIGN IDEAS.博弈与坚持。
由于初期场地建筑空间布局的踌躇更改，我们面临着种种挑战，几经易稿，重新设定，与直线、曲线、折线的建筑变化打了一次持久的设计战役，景观设计上更是与场地、施工、工期，上演多轮持久的博弈与坚持。 △方案推演 康定斯基曾说：于外在而言，单独的点或线为构成要素，而于内在而言，构成项目灵魂的并非元素形态而是内在的精神张力。 △ 包豪斯风格演绎(点击显示） 因此在最终确定的首开示范区设计中，我们从BAUHAUS和风格派色彩美学的构成及线条应用的现代主义本源出发，围绕感知 时间^的空间主题理念，通过将理性几何体与感性色彩学碰撞融合，对经典作品立体解构，让时间的诗性于自由、平衡、统一、融合的空间流动中写意现实。 以游走的艺术肌理摆脱建筑的真实结构，使得建筑与景色、情绪相互关联，从视觉中脱离场地藩篱式语境延展出人的行为主义美学，构筑出一个能被感知的、有意识的、有生命力的现代美学艺境。 △落地效果 于时间中，感知艺术之语 在园林景观的打造与建筑的设计中，我们经过了前期的品质管控阶段，秉承精益求精的匠人精神，不断探索求真最贴近人居理念的真材实料。材料封样、样板先行、花镜选苗，日夜兼程、层层甄选，只为契合场地精神，营造有温度恒久的生活场景；在节点过程管控及优化阶段，从铺装、弧形水景、涌泉设计到廊架的旋转角度、景墙的尺度比例，从规划、设计、选材，到现场施工，每一张图纸、每一块石材，都经过反复设计和精密推算，足见赤诚。
