As03- Display Asset master – This guide is just like the As02 Change asset master guide the only difference is that you are displaying the asset master and can’t make changes in this transaction.
Access through the menu path
Accounting ->Financial Accounting->Fixed Assets-> Asset-> Display-> AS03 – Asset
View the asset details
You will see the capitalized on info filled out after you have posted to this asset.
Click on the other tabs to view any info.
The screens that you see might be different that this.
The screenlayout rule determines this. Ask your IT department about the options to add more fields here.
The depreciation key details are avilable on the Depreciation area tab.
Double click on the depreciation key to view more information.
Click on Asset values and it will call up the tcode AW01N and display the asset values.
Refer to the AW01N guide to get more info about this screen.
Note- if you want to view the values transfered from legacy if this was created using AS91 legacy asset creation then you will need to view those values using As93. Refer to the As91 guide and click on display and it will take you to the display mode.
