Can someone open up Use the top rows to search for the Movie that is not appearing as available and post a screenshot? I'm intrested in seeing the external id's e.g. TheMovieDbId, ImdbId etc. Also please take a read of this: https://github.com/tidusjar/Ombi/wiki/FAQ#ombi-is-not-picking-up-tv-shows-and-episodes-as-available |

Very interesting... That's strange. I'll go back to the drawing board and take a look. Is that the only movie you've noticed it on? |

Weird thing is. When it sync to donate it writes added to dB or something like transition to dB. It doesn't do that in Plex sync ? Bug or |

I"m having the same issue. I can't confirm for TV, but movies are def not being marked as available. Windows 10 X64 Plex movie library agent is set to Plex Movie, with the following agents enabled:

@KennyVB Can you just delete everything from the PlexServerContent, PlexSeasons and PlexEpisodes table using something like SQLiteBrowser? and then once you have done that run the cacher |

The new library, have you gone back into the settings and made sure it's selected? You may need to press the load libraries again. |

FYI I was having this issue again as well, but purging the Plex tables seems to have fixed it again. I am currently running 3.0.3182. |

FYI. I was having this issue and I did NOT edit the db file manually, however I simply removed the db file the working directory, then re-started OMBI, the db file was re-created. I then stopped OMBI, and put my old db file back and it's working now? Not sure if this helps you @tidusjar |

I had the opposite issue, 2 movies were downloaded that I later deleted because they were no good. Refreshed Plex and deleted trash; marked as unavailable in Ombi. But Ombi insist on marking them back as available, though nothing else has changed. I did this 3 times and finally just deleted the two movies as requested items in Ombi, because they were showing up in the news letter as available. |

I'm encountering this issue as well on a brand new Ombi setup on MacOS. Both TV and Movie requests are never flipping to Available even hours after the downloads have completed. |

I am also having this issue on v3.0.3330 with Windows 10. The movies are not being automatically marked available when available in Plex. They will only ever appear available if I run a manual full sync in Ombi and not a recently added sync. I have changed the movie agent to TMDB; I have deleted the Plex tables in the ombi.db as recommended from advice, and I have even tried deleting and re-setting up completely - no good. Thoughts on how to fix this? |

Same issue. v3.0.3330. Using Emby instead of Plex. User import worked so I know they are talking, but requests aren't being marked as watched after being added to server |

I have fixed this in the latest release for the Plex guys. @thekingswolf we don't mark anything as watched |

I seem to be having the same (or a related?) issue. I am running version 3.0.3930 (which apparently doesn't exist, may be part of my problem...I installed the apt repo). I checked out the tables you mentioned above but they are all empty in mine, I'm not sure what to make of that. Any thoughts? |

In my case, it appears that the items appear as available in the Search view, but do not in the Requests view. I can open a new ticket if you prefer. |

For anybody who ends up here, the issue @pyto00 referenced above is #2626. The fix, discovered therein, is to set your locale to en_US.UTF.8 and reboot the server. In my case, the existing locale was C.UTF-8. |
